EHS,Inc. warrants that its VIDMIC devices are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. EHS Inc. warrants that products from the Earhugger product line will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. EHS,Inc. agrees to repair or replace such defective product that fail to function under normal operation within the warranty period provided that the disclosed defect is determined by EHS, Inc. to be EHS, Inc's fault.

EHS,Inc. agrees to provide techinical support and software upgrades related directly to the VidVAULT Digital Evidence Management Solution for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Software must be registered at time of purchase for this support offer to be valid. During this period of time EHS, Inc. will make available for download all interim software releases as well as general deployment software releases during this period. EHS Inc. in no way guarantess software functionality with your systems but will provide reasonable support efforts if software does not perform as designed by EHS, Inc.
